How to change Gnome login screen clock time format AM/PM (12 hours) in Ubuntu

To change the login screen clock 12-hour format, add the following lines to /etc/gdm3/greeter.dconf-defaults file:

[org/gnome/desktop/interface]
clock-format='12h'

Note: Tested in Ubuntu 18.04 LTS and Ubuntu 20.04 LTS.
